Top notch dealership. Really took care of us from the moment we walked in. No pressures. Steve, the GM, came by and said hi. The entire process was smooth, even though they are undergoing renovations. The only bad part of our experience, which wasn't really their fault, was waiting for finance to finish up with the customers in front of us. Literally sat there for almost 2 hours as this "couple" couldn't make up their mind about whether to take the car home that night or wait for better terms. When they finally finished, it took us perhaps 15 minutes to finalize everything. Had the finance person looked up from their screen for just a minute, perhaps my wife wouldn't have sat there until 930pm. Eventually, I had to leave because our 15 month old son was with his grandparents and it was getting very late. I left at 730 thinking my wife would be 30 minutes behind me. She left at 945

Armando Gutierrez the applications technician for new cars was a tremendous help to us in setting up our new 2018 Jaguar XF Sportbrake. Though we bought the car from an out of state Jaguar dealer as a new car and had it shipped here Armando came out to our house and went through all of the settings and intricacies of our car. Cars have become computers on wheels and the setup is not always intuitive and easy even for someone who is computer savvy. Armando was extremely helpful and patient in answering all of our questions. He was very professional and a real asset to the dealership. the service rendered was as good as it gets.
my first Range rover so i had a lot of questions..shopped at carmax , however think that i needed confidence that when buying this type of vehicle i would get that...I did have one big Problem a serious crack was found in the windshield...can,t understand how it was missed and why i am having a problem getting my wind shield fixed from Newport.

DAVE STURGIS of Land Rover Newport Beach was our sales rep who exhibited patience and helpfulness beyond what anyone could expect for helping us over and over coming in to customize our new Range Rover. We had a paint flaw when delivered and, while the vendor who fixed it needed to do it two more times, Steve Cervantes and Dave were, again, very patient and diligent to make it right.
